Women and children have increasingly become the faces of situational homelessness in our community.
As Raleigh Rescue Mission witnessed more women and children seeking help, it became evident that a more comprehensive solution was needed. The challenge was to effectively communicate the urgency and significance of The Garden, a new facility aimed at providing long-term transitional housing and holistic support for up to 350-400 women and children.
Our goal was to generate awareness and support for this $25 million project, specifically helping Raleigh Rescue Mission raise the remaining $5 million needed to commence construction and significantly increase their impact through their digital and physical communications.
Approach
To support Raleigh Rescue Mission’s campaign for The Garden, we developed a multifaceted communication strategy designed to engage and inspire the community.
Our approach included creating compelling content for their website, direct mailers, newsletters, and social media platforms. We highlighted the transformative impact of The Garden, showcasing the vision for state-of-the-art facilities and comprehensive support services it will offer, including residential rooms, a children’s development center, a gymnasium, and outdoor recreational spaces.

These narratives served to illustrate the critical need for The Garden and the life-changing potential it holds for women and children experiencing situational homelessness. Our email marketing campaigns and strategic outreach efforts were designed to mobilize donors and rally community support, emphasizing the progress made so far and the importance of reaching the $25 million goal.
By integrating these efforts, we are successfully enhancing the visibility of Raleigh Rescue Mission’s campaign, driving greater engagement and donations. Our comprehensive strategy has helped bring The Garden closer to reality, ensuring that Raleigh Rescue Mission can continue to serve and uplift more individuals, transforming lives through faith and compassion.
